I’ve allways felt that the Asian tradition of subtle overacting can save a low-budget movie. It’s needed here. There’s not much of a plot, and the director just seems to throw whatever he wants to see in there (cyborg, alien, zombie foetus, samurai zombie endboss). The special effects are terrible. On the other hand, the zombie look allright, and there’s some very funny characters in the movie. I’d call this a nice absurd movie, if it didn’t take itself a bit too seriously.
